Today is January 1, 2025—when, if not now, should we announce what we've prepared for you! We are excited to host the fifth women's tournament—OKRYLENNYE Hockey.
In March 2024, we already held a tournament in Irkutsk. We were so enchanted by the beauty of Lake Baikal and the kindness of the local people that we want to return there again!
The tournament itself will take place in the hockey city of Angarsk, from March 7 to 9!
The city is full of fans of our favorite sport, and we hope they'll be eager to watch Okrylennye Hockey!
During these three days, the tournament will offer us all:
Reunions with old friends
New acquaintances
Thrilling games
Individual gifts for the best players
Prize draws for the fans
A must-do trip to Lake Baikal with the teams
We also plan to hold a mass skating marathon on Lake Baikal, and you don’t have to be a hockey player to join.
This festive event will depend on weather conditions and approval from Baikal’s Emergency Services (EMERCOM).
The hockey tournament will feature 6 women’s amateur teams,
divided into two groups of 3 teams each. The teams will play in a round-robin format, followed by playoffs to determine the strongest team.
