Continuing on the topic of traveling to Japan, it is worth noting or recalling a very important point, it was the trip of two hockey teams "Rospress" and the women's team "OKRYLENNYE""
Our trip started with the first joint dinner in Tokyo, dinner was held at the traditional izakaya Toromasa, famous for its freshest fish and 10 types of lemon puree.!That's how it all started! the celebration took place! and Hachiko was found in the night!?
Along the journey, between cities and hotels, visits to the most interesting places, places of strength, tranquility, spirituality and our hockey events (this separately) We held team lunches and dinners in amazing places!
In Kyoto, we had lunch on the banks of a mountain river and then, after the excursion program, we visited a 480-year-old restaurant visited by the Russian Emperor Nicholas II, the restaurant has the status of "Ryotei" (cuisine worthy of the emperor)
We also had lunch and got to know the gastronomy of Aichi Prefecture. ISOMARU Restaurant.?
We visited many different restaurants with traditional Japanese cuisine and not only Japanese!
Beautiful presentation, a variety of dishes, many of which turned out to be completely new to us... for example, "crab brains" that we also cook ourselves! It was really great! ?
We think the introduction to traditional Japanese cuisine was a success ? ? ? ?
But let's remember that there were two teams on this trip... and our friends from Rospressa added an "enthusiasm" to our meals we heard a lot of eloquent toasts these days and then, in a m cheerful and natural way, they introduced us to a new tradition, reciprocal toasts from our team ????
