I have played hockey since childhood, before hockey, my mother took me to the outdoor skating rink, then I tried at a girls hockey school, I went, I liked it and it became a professional sport. ?
The most difficult thing was in professional sports, is the preparation, the preseason (preseason training camp) there the foundations are laid for the whole season of games, there are 3 workouts a day, physically of course it was difficult, but I understood that later it would be easier. I never thought about quitting hockey, it's my favorite sport, but at a certain age I realized that it was time to end hockey and I already had plans for the future. And the plans are wonderful, being a mother... that has come true. ?
️ ️ I don't do other sports, I just maintain physical activity, going to the gym or doing workouts at home. ??♀️
? ? ? I'm on maternity leave, my son is already 3.5 years old, he goes to kindergarten all the time, I have time for myself and I'm starting my path as a Brow maker (brow maker and lashmaker). I spend less time on hockey now than before, I train at night, so there are no problems at the combine, I have time for everything.
