We worked 13 hours on the ice, we worked on skating, passing, puck possession, shooting, interaction with a teammate, etc.
We spent 1 hour in the shooting area, we worked on various shooting techniques.
We spent 13.5 hours in outdoor physical training, ran, jumped and practiced coordination exercises
We worked 5.5 hours in the gym ️
And we spent many hours communicating, playing intellectual and creative games, watching the NHL Finals game together and having an amazing dinner ? ? ?
